 Return Policy

  1. Treviso Coffee are not under any obligation to accept returns of unwanted or unsuitable goods and will only do so in their absolute discretion. In any event returned goods will not be accepted unless they are unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. The goods must be returned complete with all parts, components, accessories and manuals. You will be charged the cost of replacing any missing items or repairing any damage.
  2. A collection charge will be made which will not be less than the cost of delivery of the goods. You will also be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the invoiced amount of the returned goods plus vat. This is because it is unlikely that we will be able to sell the goods to another buyer at full price. Refunds will only be paid after Treviso Coffee have inspected the returned goods and after deduction of collection and restocking charges and the cost of repairing any damage or replacing missing items.

3.      You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

4.      Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

5.      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
